Location: New York

Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic leader to run our Northern Queens location. The Operations Manager will drive strategy and scale growth while maintaining exceptional quality of care.

Base Pay Range

US $59,000 – US $61,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations and lead care and office teams.
  • Strategize and direct business operations to achieve company vision.
  • Oversee budget and P&L of the region and allocate necessary resources.
  • Formulate strategies for new and existing partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies that ensure high‑quality client care and financial viability.
  • Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
  • Ensure staffing and recruitment initiatives meet business needs.
  • Oversee training and development of care and office team.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
  • Maintain accurate time‑keeping and records; collaborate with payroll.
  • Identify opportunities for market and client expansion and new business development.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of operations and employee management experience (required).
  • Active HHA/PCA license in NY (ideal).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
  • Senior care experience (strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Proactive, initiative, and ability to foresee potential issues and provide multiple resolutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both team and corporate partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook (required).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Client‑facing customer service orientation.
