This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
Collaborate with a volunteer to review our existing income plans and develop a simplified, actionable revenue strategy. Deliverables include a prioritized set of revenue streams, streamlined descriptions of offerings for funders/customers, and an implementation roadmap. Details will be provided.
A sustainable, simplified income strategy will help Moving Rasa continue Southeast Asian–rooted somatic programs that transform relationships to masculinity and cultivate joy, healing, and leadership. Volunteer support will directly strengthen program continuity and community impact.
We have several existing plans and openness from leadership to refocus revenue. We will share current materials, be available for regular check-ins, and work closely with the volunteer to test and implement recommendations. Specifics and timelines will be defined during interviews.
