Construction Project Manager at Dewberry
Dewberry is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Office Engineer to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. Applicants must have prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification. Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders, and maintaining as-builts.
Site Manager experience is required.

Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or equivalent NICET IV Certification
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Site Manager experience
- Excellent communication and client‑relations skills
- Ability to manage field staff and work as a team player
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Projected range: $120,000 - $155,000 annually, for NY only.
