Superintendent Job Summary
The successful Superintendent at Wavecrest Management will be extremely reliable, proactive, and have superior customer service skills. This position requires a responsible individual who can commit to being at work on time and has specific working knowledge, previous experience with supervising staff, working with vendors, and scheduling repairs.
Job Responsibilities- Proven knowledge of boilers, compactors, pumps, sprinklers, and overall building maintenance.
- Previous experience with supervising staff, working with vendors, and scheduling repairs.
- At least 3 years’ experience with residential building operations.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5 years of Superintendent experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Affordable housing experience a plus; residential experience required.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be upbeat, polite, courteous and tactful.
- Superior customer service skills required.
- Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a dynamic team.
- Proven ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced environment.
