Join our journey

As Director of Sales, you’ll play a central role in building and leading our sales team from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for shaping the strategy, hiring exceptional talent, creating scalable processes, and owning revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role..

Responsibilities And Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and grow an exceptional sales team, setting a high-performance culture.
  • Build scalable sales processes and a repeatable playbook for predictable revenue generation.
  • Drive strategy to transition from mid-market focus to successfully closing larger and enterprise-level deals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product leadership to align GTM strategy and refine messaging.
  • Set sales KPIs, implement robust forecasting, and report performance to the executive team.
  • Personally lead and close key strategic opportunities while coaching the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in ERP, fintech, or other complex SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in Series A–C startups, ideally during go-to-market scale-up.
