Overview
Operations Manager at EōS Fitness reports to the District Operations Manager and leads the Service team to achieve Operational Excellence across the gym. The role combines member experience, staff leadership, retail oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to uphold the brand’s standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver an elevated member experience through friendly, approachable service and clear communication.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Service team staff, including kids club, front desk, and janitorial personnel.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff, ensuring understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide constructive feedback on staff performance, highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
- Address member concerns or complaints, manage membership inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain certifications, and implement safety protocols.
- Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing teams to improve overall gym performance and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and order inventory such as fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
- Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or unexpected disruptions, providing necessary instructions and updates.
- 2–3 years of operations management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
- 3–4 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
- Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills.

- Must successfully pass background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Operations Manager must be closely knowledgeable and up to date on all current company policies and SOPs.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reportsli>
- Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
Salary Pay Range
$58,656 — $66,000 USD
