Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with expertise in mechanical and HVAC systems to oversee commercial projects across the five boroughs of New York City. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for commercial mechanical and HVAC installations.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between project managers, engineers, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on all worksites.

• Proven experience in field supervision of mechanical and HVAC systems, particularly in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across all five boroughs.
