** About You
** As the Maintenance Technician, you’re a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it’s responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.
** In this role, you will:
*** Complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
* Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer and Building Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
* Respond to and complete work orders and projects.
What you'll bring:
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance.
* Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems.
* Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems/maintenance, painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
* OSHA 10 hour – General Industry Safety Training is preferred.
* Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

New York City, NYApproximate Hourly Rate Range for this Role: $27-30/hour
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.#LI-CH1#LI-Onsite
