Duties
Supervise cleaning staff and perform various cleaning and maintenance responsibilities involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, climbing ladders, and operating equipment such as floor machines and lawn tractor for mowing, plowing, and salting.
Salary$19.00 - $34.02 per hour, based on experience, plus full-time benefits per the RHEA, Facilities & Mechanics Unit.
QualificationsMust currently hold the Civil Service title of Custodian, or be reachable for appointment from the current Civil Service Custodian list, or have one‑year of building cleaning experience. This is an appointment to the non‑competitive Civil Service title of Custodian HELP PROGRAM, and no exam is required.
