Upon acceptance of the offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre‑employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including break rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas of the buildings.
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning tools and machines.
• Restock and maintain janitorial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Perform all job functions with safety as a priority and buy into our corporate philosophy of "NOBODY GETS HURT, PERIOD".
• Notify facility maintenance staff of any maintenance or repair issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information, including but not limited to verbal, sign language, written, and digital information sources.

• Must be at a minimum, 18 years of age.
• Night Shift (Required).
• Driver’s License (Some driving required).
• One Year Of Building Cleaning Experience (preferred).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (Drug Free Employer).
• The applicant shall prove a reasonable amount of aptitude and interest in the craft.

Salary Range: $37,440 - $41,600

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
