Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Part‑time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion‑driven individual with a can‑do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Location
:
Support The Balton, in addition to Metro 125, Douglass Park, and St. Nicholas Park; our residential communities located in New York, NY (10027)

Hours
:
Weekend Only / Saturday & Sunday; 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hr lunch each day

Key Qualifications
:

• Complete required tasks on set designated days in a timely manner.
• Maintain logs and records when applicable.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents.
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience
  : 1‑3 months of related experience preferred; experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills & Certifications
  :
  Valid Driver’s License required.
