Position: Greenbush: Custodial Technician (Full Time)

OPEN POSITIONS:
Custodial Technician - $19.57/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

* One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.

* Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

* Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpmpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

* Ability to report and record maintenance requests.

* Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

* Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.

* Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

* CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)

* New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

WORK SCHEDULE:

* Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm (with possiblity of weekend flexibility)
