Job Description:

The Painter will conduct indoor and outdoor patching and painting of a general nature, including all preparatory work and color mixing and matching.

This position will support the main campus and off-site locations.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and prepare surfaces with appropriate medium to receive paint or wallpaper

* Plaster and spackle as necessary

* Mix paint to create a variety of required colors

* Apply paint to surface using brushes and/or rollers

* Prepare paste for hanging wallpaper, and uses correct tools to remove same

* Prepare and apply stains and finishes to woodwork

* Perform all painting maintenance

Requirements:

* High School diploma or Equivalency required

* Trade School graduate preferred

* 5 yeas experience as a painter within the past 15 years

* Spackle, Paint, Texturize experience

* Knowledge of CMMS preferred
