Position Summary

Responsibilities- 🛠️
Maintenance Mastery: From HVAC systems to plumbing upkeep, inspect and maintain every nook and cranny of the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Handle roofs, gutters, recreational facilities – you name it, you’ll handle it. - 👷♂️
Team Leadership: Guide the maintenance crew and oversee the work of in‑house staff and outside contractors, ensuring quality and consistency. - 🏠
Apartment Turnover Expertise: Convert vacant apartments into move‑in ready units through inspections, painting, and cleaning. - 📦
Inventory Wizardry: Track supplies and tools, guaranteeing that the necessary items are available when needed. - 🏊♂️
Pool Perfection: Maintain the pool area as a safe and enjoyable destination for residents. - 👷♀️
Safety Stewardship: Lead efforts to maintain a secure environment for staff and residents, adhering to all standards and protocols. - 📅
Scheduling Savvy: Coordinate schedules and assignments with the Property Manager for routine maintenance and emergencies. - 💼
Team Building: Assist with hiring, training, and maintaining a competent maintenance crew. - 📈
Budgeting Brilliance: Stay within budget while delivering top‑notch service, monitor expenditures, and report deviations to the Property Manager. - 🤝
Resident Relations: Represent the maintenance team, ensuring residents feel heard and valued in a clean, safe, and welcoming community.
- This position requires you to live onsite.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Works in office setting, in residential buildings, and outdoors.
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Frequently moves about to coordinate work.
- Frequently walks, climbs stairs or ladders, bends, stoops, reaches, uses equipment with hands, pulls, and lifts up to 50 lb.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive a golf cart.
