• Perform repairs and maintenance on motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related equipment throughout the property.

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and all emergency situations (fires, power outages, etc.).

• Maintain clean and organized Engineering work areas, including stations, filters, drains, and grease traps.

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with laundry, kitchen, and spa equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel machinery, systems, and public areas.

• Assist with plumbing issues and general mechanical repairs across the building.

• Maintain accurate logs, meter readings, temperatures, and system pressures.

• Install, relocate, or adjust equipment as needed.

• Inspect mechanical rooms and participate in energy‑conservation efforts.

• Follow all Four Seasons work rules, safety procedures, payroll practices, and uniform standards.

• Work professionally and collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance when needed.

• Report all accidents immediately and respond appropriately to all safety situations.

• Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by Engineering leadership.

$40.51 - $54.01 hourly
