Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs according to customer work orders.;
Perform minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems.;
Repair and maintain walls, floors, doors, and handle any painting or touch-up work.;
Execute minor electrical maintenance, including repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets.;
