Maintenance Helper

Overview

Triad is looking for a maintenance helper to work at a retail facility in Saratoga Springs, NY. Must be willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Snow Removal
• Light Landscaping
• Routine facility maintenance
• Repairing/replacing lighting fixtures, toilets, sinks
• Replaces light bulbs, as needed
• Delivers messages
• Transports small equipment or tools
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours
• Other duties may be assigned

• Attendance/Punctuality
  - Is consistently at work and on time;
  Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent;
  Arrives at meetings and appointments on time

  - Follows instructions, responds to management direction;
  Takes responsibility for own actions;
  Keeps commitments;
  Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals;

  Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines;
  Reports potentially unsafe conditions;
  Uses equipment and materials properly

Some experience required

Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills preferred.
