• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Wash windows, walls, and doors.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
• Report and repair minor maintenance issues.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping.
• Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.
• Deliver packages and mail to residents.
• Assist with residential move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Follow health and safety regulations and protocols.

• At least one year of experience in a luxury residential building.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Experience with residential move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

This job reports to the Manager/Supervisor.

This is a Temporary / Seasonal position across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
