Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

Who We're Looking For: Were looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties.

Schedule:

Thursdays 12:00-8:30pm;
Fridays, 7:00am-3:30pm;
Saturdays, 7:00am-3:30pm;
Sundays, 7:00am-3:30pm;
Mondays, 12:00pm-8:30pm. OFF Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime

$22.00 hr.
