* What You Will Do:

** This role is primarily for the cleaning of HMI's powder screening rooms.
* Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
* Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots.
* Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains
* Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets
* Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment
* Plow and salt parking lot
* Other duties as assigned.
* The position will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday (4x10) 6am-4pm (6th shift).
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
* Must be able to wear a respirator
* Mechanical aptitude preferred

The salary range for this role is $22.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
