This is a full-time overnight driving position operating a parking lot sweeping truck. You ll be responsible for keeping retail and commercial properties clean and orderly, completing a designated route each night with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Driving a sweeper truck between multiple commercial properties
• Picking up trash and litter by hand
• Emptying garbage cans and replacing liners
• Operating a handheld blower
• Breaking down cardboard for recycling
• General cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Logging in/out of locations using a company-issued tablet

This position requires independent work
, strong time management, good communication skills, and a high level of personal accountability.

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• This must be your only full-time job (due to safety and performance expectations)
• Clean and valid driver s license (a driver abstract will be reviewed before hiring)
• Reliable personal transportation to/from work
• Working cell phone for communication
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and enter/exit a truck frequently
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Punctual, honest, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
