We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. You will be reasonable form completing work orders and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Complete work orders generated by front desk to address guest concerns.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors.
* General proficiency in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and all areas need to maintain in an Assisted Living
- Previous experience with a multi unit property.
- Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment
- Detail orientated.
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
