Residential Facilities Cleaner

RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a confident, dedicated, and compassionate individual to support the housekeeping needs of our residents. A successful candidate will be able to help maintain a clean environment for residential programs that serve individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges. RISE offers the Residential Facilities Cleaner
:

• A starting rate of $19-$21 per hour
• A $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

• Cleaning Residential Facilities
• Developing a cleaning schedule across multiple locations
• Managing and restocking cleaning supplies
• Documenting and reporting property repair needs
• Responding to priority cleaning needs
• GED or High School Diploma
• Some experience preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
• A valid NY State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program
• Access to reliable transportation
