Job Overview

We are looking for a Foreman to oversee the 250 Vesey Street floors and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. We are looking for someone with the ability to prioritize and organizational skills to accomplish all work. The goal is to keep the 250 Vesey Street floors in clean and orderly condition.

7 AM - 4 PM (Subject To Change)

$34.76 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly rate or the hourly range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• One (1) year of prior related work experience required; on the job training provided.

• One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred.

• Work as directed by ABM management and client to complete any and all Foreman/periodic cleaning as per contract.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members.
• Overseeing training of new crew members.
• Inspect all floors, including all Kitchen/Pantry areas, to comply with CDC Guidelines.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Listen to instructions from a manager or client and follow them to a tee to meet expectations.
• Write specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment.
