• Perform janitorial tasks and minor repairs as assigned.
• Maintain grounds, operate hand tools, manage lawn maintenance, and remove garbage.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and interact professionally with employees, the public, and co‑workers.
• Show willingness to assist coworkers and work as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal, and State Law Enforcement.
• Must submit and pass a per‑employment alcohol and drug screening.
