All Sport Health & Fitness — a leading full-service facility in the heart of Dutchess County — is seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Technician to support evening daily operations throughout our indoor facility and seasonal outdoor park in Fishkill, NY.

Position Summary


We are looking for a 2nd shift / early evening motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping all spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for our members and guests.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide custodial support to maintain cleanliness of the overall interior and exterior areas of our Health club including locker rooms, restrooms, studios, café area, all common areas and outdoor areas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, etc.).
• Clean, sanitize and dust high-touch surfaces in all studios, bathrooms, hallways café area along with the member’s lounge space, with maintaining the ongoing cleanliness standards throughout the facility, during the shift.
• Launder towels and ensure they are clean, folded, and available for use.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing and finishing on all floors / stairway / lobby daily.
• Re-supply all towel dispensers throughout the facility both inside and outside with necessities as required throughout the shift or when needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown and cleaning as needed.
• Communicate effectively with a multilingual team.
• Respond promptly and professionally to members and guest needs.
• Uphold all company policies, goals and values.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Report directly to the Maintenance Manager or Facilities Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a custodial/janitorial setting is a plus.

Schedule Requirements

• 2nd Shift Position (Permanent Schedule)
• Flexibility is a must:
  • Must be available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional early mornings, late evenings, and overtime during peak seasons
