Position: Maintenance Attendant
Location: Citi Field
Shifts: Will vary
Pay Rate: $18.27 – $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities- Assist with sign installation and removal, litter pick‑up, and garbage removal
- Snow removal and pressure washing as directed
- Represent the company in the case of accidents within the facility
- Co‑ordinate with property security regarding any garage or parking related issue
- Assist with repair of broken gate arms
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property Manager, valued between $200 and $50,000
- Interact face‑to‑face with customers (service is priority)
- Maintain a clean, neat, obstacle‑free site using required equipment
- Manage tools and equipment needed for duties
- Make suggestions and recommendations for improving job performance
- Consult with supervisor or manager on matters relevant to the parking operation
- Log all issues and events in the log book and forward them to direct supervisor
- Coordinate with supervisors/manager to resolve problem situations
- Act as front‑line employee, a critical position function
- Wearing a neat, well‑groomed uniform; appearance represents the company
- Prioritize various jobs with supervisor/manager guidance
- Track levels of stock and supplies
- Organized, strong command of English language
- Friendly, even‑tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of pressure washer and power tools; ability to tow a trailer
- Ability to operate a snow plow (asset)
- Ability to drive various vehicles (automatic or manual)
- Knowledge of parking‑related machinery
- Previous experience with general repairs and maintenance functions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic technical education desirable
