Janitorial Cleaner; CAR

We are looking for a Janitorial Cleanerto join our team!

We are a14years old and growing Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) in the green cleaning space. We have been recognized in NY Magazine has the leading green cleaning company in 2009 and 2010. A CAR IS REQUIRED FOR DAILY USE. MONDAY - FRIDAY 6AM/7AM START TIME.

Are you a strong leader with great cleaning and customer service skills? We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaner. You must have 2-5years in cleaning.

You must be very detail oriented and love to be in a high pace work environment. Must be organized and can follow procedures.

This position is a day time position starting at 6 AM/7 AM.

We have received a lot of applicants so we will only call ones who are a great fit with the right experience.

• Required to meet client and company cleaning standards.
• Will be required to drive from site to site.
• Must be comfortable working on construction sites and moving between boroughs.
• Ensure a timely stock re-ordering process is in place on all site of cleaning supplies and paper goods.
• Promote Health and Safety within the sitesand raise awareness amongst all staff of appropriate Health and Safety Regulations
• Stay In line with the sustainability policy ensure effective and economical use of equipment and materials on site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must Love to clean and pays very close attention to details and organization

• Must be client CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented

• You must have access to a working CELL PHONE and email.

• Must have your own vehicle to drive from site to site.
