Warehouse duties include but are not limited to rotating and delivering stock to food locations, ensuring availability of products, and performing various cleaning tasks. Working as a Warehouse Team Member is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, forklift operation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Splish Splash Warehouse Team Member

• Ensure availability of products while maintaining a clean work area
• Perform all warehouse duties while following all established safety procedures and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
• Unload trucks and count quantities to verify delivered amounts
• Process, receive, rotate and correctly store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (which includes dry storage, frozen and refrigerated areas)
• Deliver orders from the warehouse to the individual retail stands, concessions, catering areas, and other facilities (by pick‑up truck/golf cart, van, hand cart and/or by hand)
• Complete orders and responsibilities in a quick and responsive manner
• Monitor stock levels of the warehouse and communicate any shortages in orders and inventory to the management team
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Conduct product inventories on a routine basis
• Complete and update daily inventory logs
• Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and warehouse equipment
• All other duties assigned by leadership
• Pay Rate: $20 / hr.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (Serv Safe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state and local guidelines.

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with NY Child Labor Laws
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment
• Ability to comply with all uniform policies
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to follow direction, multi‑task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
