• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager's attention.
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal).

• Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond well to change.
• Can lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus.

Must be available to work the following schedule:
Friday – Tuesday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Pay ranges from $22.34–$29.79 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
