As a Maintenance Custodian Associate, you ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and associates in the facility. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role requires constant on‑foot activity and a positive attitude to deliver a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of parking areas, restrooms, floors, windows, and trash receptacles.
• Perform routine maintenance, address spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company sustainability program.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials per company guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions to management and participate in safety training.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating inventory and placing orders when supplies are low.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to work an entire shift on feet and in physically demanding environments.

• Experience in facility maintenance or custodial work.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental sustainability practices.
• Preferred: prior work at Sam's Club or similar retail environments.
• Primary location: 579 Troy Schenectady Rd, Latham, NY , United States of America.
