As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors while constantly being on your feet and on the go.

What you’ll do includes maintaining facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, spotting forklifts properly, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management. You clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. You respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash according to the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

You maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders to replenish supplies before they’re low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific work performed.
