In This Role, You Will- Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds. Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels.
- Directs, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste.
- Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departments.
- Enthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame.
- Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds and answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needs.
- Oversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspections.
- Manages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needs.
- Coordinates improvement and remodeling of facilities.
- Receives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into Procure
IT for all departments. - Maintains remote shipment supplies return and responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum – Three years working experience in facility maintenance.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary Range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
