• Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds. Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels.
• Directs, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste.
• Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departments.
• Enthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame.
• Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds and answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needs.
• Oversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspections.
• Manages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needs.
• Coordinates improvement and remodeling of facilities.
• Receives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into Procure
  
  IT for all departments.
• Maintains remote shipment supplies return and responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum – Three years working experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary Range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
