Be LOVE™ is redefining hydration and energy for modern life.
Founded by Kurt Seidensticker (Founder of Vital Proteins, early investor in Ghost Energy and Koia) and Leslie Scofield (Toms, Aviator Nation, Summit Series), Be LOVE™ brings together proven consumer-brand leadership and a mission-driven vision for wellness, connection, and performance. Our clean electrolyte and energy drinks are designed to support how people actually live, move, and feel, without compromise. More than a beverage company, Be LOVE™ is a cultural brand built at the intersection of health, impact, and community.
Our NYC office serves as the creative and operational hub powering our next phase of growth.
You take ownership of the supply chain end-to-end and think strategically about how every decision impacts the business. You are data driven, detail oriented, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies before they become problems. You collaborate seamlessly across teams, balancing cost, speed, quality, and scalability. You see the entire flow, from raw materials to finished product on shelves and in customers’ hands, and you move the right pieces at the right time.
You own the Supply Review within the S&OP/IBP process, translating the approved demand plan into executable supply, capacity, and inventory strategies. You leverage AI, automation, and optimization tools to increase operational leverage, improve visibility, and reduce manual workflows across procurement, planning, and inventory management.
