Job Summary
The Supply Chain & Operations Analyst supports the NYES PPE Division by analyzing supply chain data, monitoring material flow, and identifying operational gaps across procurement, production, and inventory systems. This role focuses on improving visibility, reporting, and coordination across departments to ensure materials, production schedules, and contract requirements remain aligned. The Analyst works cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Production teams while supporting the Supply Chain Manager in forecasting, cost tracking, supplier performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
EssentialJob Duties
Supply Chain Data & Vendor Analysis
Track supplier performance, including lead times, pricing trends, delivery reliability, and compliance documentation.
Maintain vendor and material databases to support procurement and operational decision-making.
Assist the Supply Chain Manager with cost tracking and material usage reporting across PPE programs.
Support procurement by compiling supplier data, quotes, and historical purchasing information.
Analyze production schedules and material consumption to identify shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
Assist with forecasting raw material requirements based on confirmed orders and contract delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain reports that track production output, material usage, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate material flow planning.
Maintain accurate data within inventory, purchasing, and production tracking systems.
Identify operational gaps in reporting, forecasting, or inventory visibility.
Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, forecasting models, and material tracking tools to support purchasing decisions, inventory planning, and operational visibility across PPE programs.
Assist in developing dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to improve supply chain transparency.
Support documentation and data preparation for audits and compliance requirements in collaboration with the Quality team.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Skills :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. +1Technical :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Experience :
Experience with ERP, inventory systems, or supplier tracking tools preferred.Pluses :
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485 or similar).
Location :
Brooklyn, NY (On-site).Compensation : $65,000–$70,000 depending on experience.
