What You Will DoThe AVP of Luxe US Brand Supply Management partners with teams of Luxe Chief Growth Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Operations, Finance, Customer Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure accurate and ongoing procurement of inventory to support >$3.5BB sales. They own management and flow of inventory, inventory parameters, lead times and service to support the business. The individual in this role leads and drives the Supply Plan for the Luxe US Affaire, while coordinating with three global S&OP teams in US, Europe and Asia.
They are accountable for maintaining a stock equation specific to both the Brand and Category while managing overall inventory levels for > $350MM of inventory value for >$4BB retail sales business across all 16 Luxe Brands, 2 new integrations in 2026, 3 categories (Make Up, Skin, Fragrance), 5 channels (online, pure players, offline, own stores and TV) within the Division.
They ensure consistency of product flow to support forecast assumptions across the business unit; incorporating base business trends, promotional plans, new launch volumes, planogram changes and seasonal volume. They have responsibility for understanding and reinforcing manufacturing, marketing and financial processes to link/align with supply planning. They are expected to work closely with the Global S&OP, Demand Planning, Commerce, Portfolio Management and Fulfillment teams to pre-empt, identify and resolve supply disruptions and help mitigate risk and secure sales.
They develop and deliver harmonized KPI’s, analyses, documentation, reports, insights and action plans to deliver optimal service (internally and to the customer), inventory productivity, on shelf and online availability while driving process excellence in Planning across Luxe US Supply Chain.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 direct reports and their teams;
Lancome, Couture, LFB/DF, US Brands. - Work with S&OP process on supply related risks, opportunities and parameter development.
- Lead monthly Supply Review.
- Lead monthly procurement plan review with GS&OP team for US Brands and Europe brands to ensure inbound and .
- Participate and contribute to Weekly business Nets Sales call.
- Contribute to the Monthly Exec S&OP process.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to review Launch, promotion and base portfolio to ensure supply on track and plans aligned.
- Own procurement cycles for relevant brands within US Luxe.
- Analyze confirmation files to ensure that ordered stock is approved to the target level
- Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes; root cause, recovery and recurrence prevention ownership.
- Influence decision making in performance improvement and resolve obstacles
- Participate in cross functional project teams, develop best in class stock equation modules
- Liaise on behalf of US Supply Chain with Global Supply Chain teams (in US and in France)
