Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Shopbop and Operations

Overview

Join Amazon's dynamic environment as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, focusing on S&OP planning for Shopbop and Zappos. You will lead strategic initiatives and drive process improvements within S&OP, taking end-to-end ownership of the S&OP cycle with emphasis on sales & operations planning, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network and drive automation to enhance efficiency.

You will join the combined Operations and Supply Chain organization supporting both Zappos and Shopbop, working with stakeholders across both brands to drive business growth while maintaining distinct customer experiences.

• Lead the weekly S&OP cycle, including demand planning and supply reviews.
• Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Shopbop and Zappos.
• Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, or logistics operations.
• Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency in network capacity.
• Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
• Drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to network capacity, driving performance improvement and efficiency in project delivery.
• Identify and deliver operational improvement opportunities in network capacity, focusing on inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups), or experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving

• 8+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 8+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
• Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Experience with in e-commerce or Retail fields
• Knowledge of fashion seasonality and trend forecasting
• Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
