- Support portfolio and lifecycle management, from concept to delist, ensuring smooth introductions and profitable phase‑outs.
- Support import processes and 3PL relationships to ensure efficient inbound shipments, optimal inventory levels, and high service performance across the distribution network.
- Contribute to design and build the US local sourcing model and own a local procurement plan.
- Contribute to improving planning processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and forecast reliability.
- Share best practices and organizational learnings across business operations to support continuous improvement and alignment with global standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
- Experience managing imports and coordinating with 3PL providers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Flexible and proactive, comfortable navigating a fast‑growing and evolving business environment.
- APICS/CPIM or IBF certification in demand planning or supply chain management.
