Mid–Senior Level Corporate Associate

Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a nationally recognized corporate practice, is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate Associate (4–7 years of experience) to join its New York office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions while gaining meaningful client exposure and partnering closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions
  , including asset and stock purchases, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across acquisitions, financings, and exit transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary deal documents
• Lead and manage due diligence and transaction closings
• Provide ongoing general corporate and governance support to emerging and established companies
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate across practice groups

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of corporate/M&A experience at a law firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admitted in New York (or eligible for prompt admission)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
