Salary $120,000 - $160,000 per year

We are a Plaintiff Firm handling complex and high stakes multi-district Mass Tort cases. If you want to gain trial experince, work on complex and important cases, and grow within a firm, then please apply!

We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Permanent Mass Torts Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters related to mass torts. Your role will primarily revolve around representing plaintiffs in cases of mass torts, often related to large-scale public health or consumer product issues. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate attorney to use their expertise in mass torts to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by mass torts.

• Represent plaintiffs in mass tort litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the compensation they deserve.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to identify all potential defendants and build a strong case.
• Draft and file complaints, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring all paperwork is timely and accurately completed.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of plaintiffs, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mass torts law, staying informed of any changes or developments that could impact cases.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases, ensuring they are informed and understand every step of the process.
• Participate in multi-district litigation (MDL) when required, coordinating with other attorneys to ensure the best representation for all clients involved.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in mass torts law.
• Proven experience in multi-district litigation (MDL) is a must.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to investigate complex cases and identify all potential defendants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters to clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once and meet all deadlines.
• A passion for advocating for the rights of individuals and communities affected by mass torts.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
