Real Estate Attorney

Salary: $150, base + bonus + incentives structure

Position Overview:

We are working alongside a real estate-focused investment and asset management platform, who are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to support and lead a wide range of real estate transactions. This role will serve as a key legal advisor to the business, partnering directly with deal teams on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and asset management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, development agreements, and related transaction documents
• Provide ongoing legal support for leasing, property management, and asset management activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure efficient execution of transactions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 4+ years of legal experience, focus on real estate transactions preferred
