This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Attorney with extensive expertise in Real Estate Co-op/Condominium transactions
The firm are renowned for their top tier Real Estate practice groups and are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with co-op and condominium law experience to join the dynamic real estate team. Provides an opportunity to develop further experience within one of NYC most prestigious Real Estate departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters and opportunities for client development.
The Candidate- Experienced Co-Op/Condo Attorney with the ability to run a varied caseload
- Experience with advising co-op and condominium boards on governance issues
- Assist with the refinancing of underlying mortgages and lines of credit transactions
- Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NYC bar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
