The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a mid-level/senior attorney in the Firm’s Structured Finance group.

Your Experience

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), admission to the New York bar, and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CLO) experience is required.
• Preferred class years 2018 – 2021.
• Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000–$420,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
