This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded defense litigation practice in New York. The team is known for providing a collegial and supportive environment, providing opportunities to develop increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through firms wider network.

The Candidate

• Experienced litigation attorney with 3-8 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation
• Handle all aspects of litigation, trial preparation, investigation, court appearances
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
