This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to join an exceptional Real Estate practice group in New York City, focusing on all aspects of real estate for the firms major clients in NYC, with a focus on leasing matters.

The team are looking to recruit an experienced Attorney with 4+ years of real estate experience, particular expertise in real estate leasing would be a major advantage, as the firm work for the majority of NYC's largest institutional landlords.

The team are known for their reliable approach, as well as being involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and dealing with some of the most sophisticated and well known clients in the New York and national real estate community.

• Commercial Real Estate transactional Attorney with between 4+ years experience
• Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Being comfortable working with large landlords on leasing matters
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York City
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Salary banding for this role $200,000 - $300,000
