- The Person al Injury Plaintiff Paralegal is a pivotal figure responsible for overseeing all aspects of cases from intake to lawsuit filing.
- Manage discovery and exhibits and prepare essential documents for various legal proceedings.
- Coordinate regular client appointments with orthopedic or specialized doctors to ensure effective medical management.
- Maintain the damages/medical bills tab in Litify and contribute to gathering information for discovery responses.
- Expedite ordering of medical records and bills with persistent follow-ups.
- Ensure medical records are meticulously organized by provider in chronological order and keep files up-to-date in Litify.
- Make monthly courtesy calls to provide updates and check-ins with clients.
- Collaborate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff to support teamwork and client care.
Salary: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year (based on experience).

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST.
- Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Candidate must have experience in Personal Injury law.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in litigation.
- Candidate must demonstrate professionalism and prioritization of client service and representation.
- Candidate must have intense research, verbal and written communication, and people skills.
- Candidate must have excellent attention to detail.
- Candidate must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Candidate must have the ability to work independently.
