We are looking for highly skilled lateral candidates with 5 to 10 years of tax experience from a prominent firm. Candidates should exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong academic background.

The perfect candidate will possess:

• Comprehensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Advanced knowledge in equity financings, technology transfers, and intricate licensing and collaboration arrangements.
• Expertise in both domestic and international tax planning.

This role allows you to collaborate with our M&A practice on a wide range of domestic and international transactions while advising clients on diverse tax matters. You will be joining a dynamic team that values collaborative partnerships across departments, providing you the opportunity to develop an impressive practice.
