Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and diligent paralegal to handle cases from intake through trial prep. The candidate will have experience in and be comfortable with:

• Preparation and service of pleadings;
• Discovery exchange;
• Requests for and scheduling of court conferences;
• Motion practice;
• Trial prep.

• Handle cases from intake to trial preparation
• Prepare and serve pleadings
• Request and schedule court conferences
• Assist with motion practice
• Conduct trial preparation

• Comfortable with all listed litigation tasks (pleadings, discovery, court conferences, motion practice, trial prep)
• Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
• At least 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law
