Overview
The position has a hybrid schedule in Westchester County, NY
A client of TGC is searching for a Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney to add to their growing practice ASAP!
Responsibilities- Handle sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
- Manage real estate financings and entity formations, including drafting governing documents
- Draft corporate documents, agreements, and general commercial contracts
- Provide business counseling and strategic legal advice to clients
- Review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of transactional agreements
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other counsel to ensure smooth transaction closings
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate and corporate matters
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactional law
- Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing
- Client-service orientation with proven relationship management skills
