Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Overview

The position has a hybrid schedule in Westchester County, NY

A client of TGC is searching for a Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney to add to their growing practice ASAP!

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
• Manage real estate financings and entity formations, including drafting governing documents
• Draft corporate documents, agreements, and general commercial contracts
• Provide business counseling and strategic legal advice to clients
• Review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of transactional agreements
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other counsel to ensure smooth transaction closings
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate and corporate matters

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactional law
• Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing
• Client-service orientation with proven relationship management skills
