Overview

National law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is a supportive and adaptable professional with:

  • 3+ years of legal support experience to a transactional real estate practice group
  • Large law firm experience, highly desired
  • Billing software experience, a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys including calendar management, travel arrangements, timekeeping/billing assistance, etc.
  • Provide real estate documentation support from intake through post-closing
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and opposing counsel
  • Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Benefits
  • Salary: $90K - $115K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience
